For the 2017 Kyleena launch event in Vienna, we developed the ‘Time Machine’ concept, an immersive digital experience designed to captivate and engage attendees. Our team handled everything from pre-event communication (emails, banners, and reminders) to event-day digital tools, ensuring a seamless experience.

Bringing Virtual and Reality Together
One of the highlights was the VR infotainment solution, where we created a 1:1 replica of the event space inside the virtual world. This allowed attendees to physically interact with objects that existed in both digital and real-life environments. Additionally, we designed interactive presentations, developed an event app, and handled on-site technical implementation, making sure every detail aligned perfectly with the event’s futuristic vision.
